Terms for using Kuvidea

1. Acceptance

By accessing or using Kuvidea, you agree to these Terms and to the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. What Kuvidea provides

Kuvidea is a startup planning and founder workspace that helps turn raw ideas into structured project plans, founder briefs, MVP scope, landing copy, roadmaps, launch checklists, and Markdown exports.

Kuvidea may use AI-assisted systems to draft or organize outputs. Those outputs are planning aids, not guarantees of business performance.

3. Accounts and security

Some features require an account. You are responsible for accurate account information, credential security, and activity that happens through your session.

Kuvidea supports password authentication and may support Google OAuth. Do not impersonate others, share accounts abusively, or access another user's project, account, billing state, or session.

4. Inputs, outputs, and review

• You are responsible for startup ideas, project details, audience notes, problem statements, and other material you provide.
• You must have the rights and permissions needed for material you submit.
• You are responsible for reviewing AI-assisted outputs before using them with customers, investors, employees, contractors, or the public.

Kuvidea does not provide legal, financial, tax, investment, hiring, compliance, or guaranteed business advice.

5. Plans, billing, cancellation, and refunds

Kuvidea may offer free and paid plans. Project limits, AI generation limits, version history, export capabilities, and other entitlements may vary by plan.

Paid checkout and subscription management may be handled through Creem. By starting checkout, you agree to the price, billing cadence, renewal terms, and checkout terms shown at purchase.

Unless required by law or stated in a specific offer, fees are non-refundable after charge. Contact support with your account email and checkout details for billing review.

6. Acceptable use

• Use Kuvidea only in lawful ways.
• Do not disrupt, probe, scrape, overload, or reverse engineer the service.
• Do not bypass access controls, plan limits, rate limits, Turnstile checks, or other anti-abuse controls.
• Do not use Kuvidea to create unlawful, deceptive, infringing, abusive, or harmful material.

7. Third-party services

Kuvidea may rely on third-party services for authentication, email delivery, anti-abuse checks, billing, infrastructure, and AI processing. Those providers may apply their own terms and policies to their part of the service.

8. Availability and changes

Kuvidea is provided on an as-is and as-available basis. Features, entitlements, integrations, pricing, AI behavior, and limits may change as the product evolves.

We may suspend or terminate access for security, abuse prevention, non-payment, legal compliance, provider issues, maintenance, or product changes.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Kuvidea disclaims warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, uninterrupted availability, and error-free output.

Kuvidea is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, revenue, goodwill, business opportunity, or expected outcomes.

10. Changes and contact

We may update these Terms by posting a revised version on this page and updating the effective date. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
